Floors up for $2.7M renovation

A pair of high-end floors were up for renovation in the Seattle suburb of Bellevue, Washington, in late March, with a price tag of more than $2 million.

The floors, which were previously home to a home for children and a family-friendly entertainment center, were moved into their new homes, The Seattle Times reported.

The renovation of the two floors, located near the corner of Pine Street and Pine Street, is expected to begin in late summer, and will include the installation of insulation, carpeting, and paint.

The two floors will also be repainted, with the new paint being made by a local company.

The Seattle City Council approved the project in September, and a $2,837,000 bond was approved to help cover the project.

The floor is the second project in a new condominium building for the Bellevue community.

The first floor of the building, located at 1008 Pine St., opened in August, and the floor above it is expected be finished by the end of October.

The next project for the two-story condo building, which is owned by the Bellevues Community Development Corp., is expected in late 2018, according to the project website.
